Dating violence against women: Is Chile up to the task?

Abstract

This paper seeks to analyze the importance of criminalizing gender-based violence in affective relationships without coexistence, taking into account that the current laws in Chile that sanction aggressions in the context of intimate relationships have proven to be insufficient to eradicate violence against women.
