Abstract

The emergence of new social movements and demands legitimized by political subjects, present after the return to democracy in Brazil and Latin America, point us to a rights claim, that has led to the production of conflicts around new meanings about issues like identity, race, nationality, social class, gender, sexuality, among others. In this sense, this article has as one of its objectives to discuss the theme of gender and identities policies that exist in Brazil, as well as the right to full human dignity that corresponds to the free exercise of sexuality, rights of personality, identity and autonomy from transgender experiences so that they can be seen full subjects rights.
