Didactics of Law: With topics whose centrality is related to processes of innovation, learning, curriculum, innovations, teaching experiences, students and teachers characterization , among others in legal education in the Chilean and international context.
Ethical and citation standards (Chicago-deusto) must be taken care of, in addition to the originality of the research or innovation.
The article reports the results of the work «Instructional Program on Electoral Legislation for the Promotion and Defense of the Right to Suffrage aimed at Students of the Law School of the Fermín Toro University. Barquisimeto, Lara State». The purpose of the research was to formulate a proposal for an instructional program to teach, in the face-to-face and blended modality, the Electoral Legislation subject at the Law School of the Fermín Toro University (Barquisimeto, Venezuela). The work was developed under a non-experimental design, supported by field research. It was descriptive in nature and was framed in the feasible project modality. The population is carried out by teachers from the Department of Public Law and Specific Professional Training of the Law School of the Fermín Toro University (20). The sample grouped 10 teachers from the subjects of Constitutional and Administrative. For data collection, a questionnaire was carried out. The study to diagnose the training need of the career in the disciplinary area and justify the proposal of the instructional program as a relevant training input for the profile of graduation from the career and additionally as an ideal space for teaching with a perspective of fundamental rights of suffrage.
